I-Chill 9600GT with Zerotherm Hurricane Cooler

Nvidia partner’s I-Chill 9600 GT has been reviewed by Guru3D. This is not an ordinary graphics card, it comes with a Super Quite Zerotherm Hurrican HC92 Cooler with 4 heat pipes.
The weird thing about the card is that, it is a do it yourself graphics card. Seriously, little weird! The moment u opens the box, u see a green PCB with no cooler on it! The cooler comes separately where u have to mount it on your own. The card is also bundled with necessary accessories and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 game.
The card’s cooler explains that it is an overclocked edition so the specs are:
- 720MHZ of Core Clock.
- 512MB of 972MHZ GDDR3 (Hynix) memory.
- 256-Bit Memory Interface.
- 1600MHZ of Shader Clock.
- 64 Shader processors.
The card’s cooler acquires lot of space so if u plan to SLI this card, then u are into some trouble. The performance is really good compared to the stock Nvidia 9600GT. The graphics card comes for price tag of USD 200 which is tad higher compared to others but its worthy.
