LIVECHAT Communicator is a multi protocol instant messenger for business use- either within- for employees, or outside the company- for business partners. This software will combine all the best features of instant messengers, managing abilities and security.

Users can communicate between themselves using instant messenger.

· Chat transcript
Browsing the chat history gives a quick insight into the chats that took place
within organization. With this feature any user can easily acquaint himself with interesting materials.

· Conference mode
Application allows to chat with more than one person simultaneously. Conference mode makes possible to communicate with few users in the same chat window.

· File sharing/sending
Possibility of sending documents (for example pricing lists, specifications, catalogs).

· Remote desktop
With user acknowledgement the operator can take over the other user’s desktop and diagnose problems or make changes in the configuration.

· Operator’s activity statistics
Generates reports about operators availability. Displays three different operator modes.

· Private chat
Chat marked as private will not be visible by other operators in chat history.

· Other IM protocols
External protocols allow communicate with other IM networks, such as MSN or ICQ. In the Communicator application they appear optionally as plugins.
